Z A L E Z, a high-end Residential and Commercial Architectural Firm with extensive experience in Coastal development, based in the Central Pacific Coast of Costa Rica.

Our Team of Experienced Architects

Our team covers all aspects of Design process, to offer a consistent experience across the entire spectrum of the project, from the initial meeting, all the way to the Interior Design and Construction Inspection.

Its founder, Architect Juan Carlos Gonzalez Bolaños, served as Design Director of Sueños Resort for almost two decades, involved in the Development, Planning, Design and Execution of all Commercial, Residential and Marina projects from 2002 – 2021. This reveals the knowledge, exposure and scope of the projects in which he has participated.

In 2021, he asked his right-hand man for more than a decade, Architect Mario Cordero, to join as a Partner to create this firm and thus take his Design philosophy to the next level.
